I've often felt that when women get married and take their husbands names that instead of posting wedding anouncements in you city paper that instead you should post in the obituaries.  The person you were is no longer.  If I had it to do all over again I would have kept my name.  It's so easy to lose who you are when you become a wife and a mother.  Losing your name is only the begining of losing yourself completely.
